Now, there's a distinction about which I want to find out. Just lay back on Dave's psych couch and answer these questions:
Beside the fab design, the organized coding and the ease of modification, why are you excited about RT Templates - what gives you the shakes?
1. Is it for a new look for your personal website so you can impress your friends - and your ex spouse so they can see that you are really doing something with you life - a new month, a new look?
2. Is it because you have a client in mind that may be interested in having an upgrade to their crappy website - regardless of the crappy product that they sell?
3. Are you just simply addicted and need the self-affirmation that you get when you see the template live for the first time - your self esteme is so low you need and RT Template to help (poor sap)?
4. Are you a thief and sell the templates from some off shore domain that is not touchable by intellectual property laws (you jerk)?
5. Maybe you're a combination of all three (really needing help)!!

You have two option 4's.
For me, it's an update from the TechnoZine template to a new one. I was going to go with carbonation but I'm waiting to see what this new one will be like.
