- Just passing the time till the new template arrives but if it was 23.45 in Norway and there was 45 mininutes to go until midnight surely that would mean there were 90 minutes in an hour, not 180.

wellll if it was 23.45 then that means that there is .55 hours left, which is equivalent to 45 minutes. That would mean that .55hour = 45minutes, making one hour 45/.55 or approximately 122 minutes, not 90 or 180.
