Anybody knows, if it is possible to make a video sharing website (like You tube) with joomla templates and how?
If yes, what template, component, module or mambot to be used?

I think it is very good template for that kind of site.
When I visited Seyret component, I read reviews, some of them where complaining, did you use thet extention yourself.

- I just checked their demo site and the component is sooo riddled with bugs.

Well, I use the MySpace & YouTube comparison chart...
A) If it doesn't take an hour to load a page like MySpace
Works just as buggy as YouTube
C) Has any way of showing off videos in an easy way
Then - any argument of perfection is null and void. :
But then I have low standards when it comes to video - especially after all the headaches I have had visiting sites to watch videos. I hate when they stop in the middle of a video
