    template layout question

    Posted 16 years 7 months ago
    • using jopomla 1.57

      when I place /?tp=1 at the end of a domain I see the outline of the areas, new to this so I ask, what does the /?tp=1 stand for and when see the areas such as this one, bassmastersofnorthalabama.com/?tp=1 some of the areas that showup mean nothing to me as do not find them in the admin area, such as the one in the top righthand corner top[raw outline}

      Another question is what does the user1- user11 areas mean how do I pouplate them?

      The top righhand corner displays the top position. Adding ?tp=1 allows to inspect your page and understand the module positions.

      You have colormatic template. The module positions for this template are explained here: demo.rockettheme.com/apr07_j15/index.php...icle&id=25&Itemid=44

      When you edit a module, you can decide where you want it to be displayed. If it is user1, in colormatic, it will be in the middle under the toolbar (if there is something in advert1 and user2 positions. If there is nothing there, the module will take the full width).
