Seems like this is a joomla core file: joomla/language/en-GB/GB.com_contact
I found the text there.
If you install the proper language pack for your language, and change the default for the front end, this should be done automatically. - Thanks,

Will the language be exact then? Cause Google Translate etc really sucks, doesn't get the sentences right

Go to
joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtranslation/frs/
and download the language pack you need for your site.
Install it as you would any other extension.
All the translations there are accredited and done by 'humans', no machine translations, no need to worry. - Thanks,
