need a "ticket-sale" form or something

I'm almost done with a 'party-website' for a friend of mine now..
He wants a "ticket sale" component, or something like that.. Something that can handle registrations for this 'party'. (Should include name, address, town etc..)

I took a quick look and found a few,you can search by 'ticket,' 'ticket sales', 'event', 'register event', etc.
Some are free, some are retail versions.
If you are not selling tickets, a simple contact form manager like RS!Form may do the trick, about 10 Euros, but well worth it. - Thanks,
