    Can you get demo config on an existing JOOMLA install?

    • Hi!

      I really like what rocketlauncer can do but I understand it needs to be done on a site as a clean JOOMLA install- is there a way to emulat RocketTheme demos on an existing JOOMLA install w/o Rocketlauncher?

    • To emulate the RT demos, along with the template itself, the sample data has to be loaded as well, i.e., all the Articles, Modules, Menus, images, etc.

      The sample data can't be loaded if the site already exists.

      You can, however, apply the template to an existing site and then republish your content to the proper positions.

      Night and Day is all I can say.

      I went ahead and did a clean install with RocketLauncher on another host and now I can look at how you set up everything side by side with my main site(dual monitors are awesome!) and I really am understanding how it all works now.

      Huge help seeing how you configured the demo site HUGE- thanks again for quick replies, D
