A while back my friend posted here about site migration to a new Domain. Well I've ran into the same problem, and the search function in the new forum isn't as handy as the old one. At least I'm struggling to find the solution.
I migrated our new joomla site to a test server. I have the site working and connecting to the database alright. But some of the css seems to be lost.

I remember there was something else to edit outside the configuration.php but I can't remember what. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Where is your Joomla site and what exactly is your problem?
If it's just not CSS loading then check for <link href something something> and check all references to CSS files in index.php or rt_head_includes.php - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
