  • Are the templates tested?

    • Are the rocket theme templates tested to see if they work properly on other major browsers such as Internet Explorer Browser, Firefox and Safari? When I try check, I get totally different results, is there anyway to fix this because when it comes down to business Sites its not a good thing.

    • They are tested and they work fine out of the box. If your template does not work, check these things:

Is there any Javascript conflict (JQuery/mootools) between your plugins and the template?
Are you using the latest template/Joomla/PHP?
Do you have the right ownerships of the files/folders and also the right permissions?

    • As a reference, always check the demo site in the various browsers. If your site doesn't render correctly but the demo site does, then it's highly likely that some extension you've installed, or some content you've created is causing the problem. Isolate all the 3rd party bits and turn them off until the site renders properly again, then you will have found your culprit and will be able to better fix the issue.

    • One thing for sure regarding content display problem

As Prim suggested, Never copy+paste content from ms word as you can face problem. It is always recommended to use notepad++ or ultraedit
