Migrating to 1.5 - need advice on image sizes
Posted 16 years 5 months ago
Hi!
I'm migrating an old Mambo-site (yes, true) to Joomla 1.5
No, actually it was built in Mambo but has been updated to 1.0-series during the past 3 years.
I used a mambot for automatic resize of {mosimage} images.
In 1.5 this seems to be very different, as 1. the {mosimage} is not used anymore and 2. the bot for resizing therefor does not work.
There images uploaded are very different sized.
I would like all my pictures and images to be 300 pixels wide.
Can this be done automatically in 1.5?
If so, can you please tell me how?

Hi Kenneth!
There is a plugin available for Joomla 1.5 which helps to resize and optimize images easily.
It is called "Content Optimizer", find more info here:

It sounds very interesting, but havent tried myself. So use at your own risk. :cheesy:
