Flash over pulldown panel (versatility III)

Hello
I succeeded in replacing the top logo by a personal flash banner...
Even so, the pulldown panel (i'm using "versatility III") is MASKED UNDER this .swf file.
Is it a matter of z-index or some?
Where / how shall I modify values?

dont forget to add:
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
between the <object>...</object> tags
so it would be like:
