    • I need to load Catalyst on our site exactly as it is on the Demo. From the instructions I've read it appears as simple as loading the RocketLauncher version of the template but I get errors when loading it.

      I'm able to load the Vanilla version of 1.0 and 1.5 but not the "Rocket Launcher". I've loaded both the 1.0 and 1.5 versions of rocket launcher and get different errors with each. The version 1.0 asks if I'm installing a new language package and then doesn't let me go any further. When loading version 1.5 I get an error saying the XML package can't be found.

      I've tried to load them through the "upload and install" functionality and also by FTP'ing the needed files over w/o any success.

      Can someone guide me to a resource to help figure this out? Thanks!!

    • You can follow this method:

      install rocketlauncher package from the download area .Upload the zipped folder to you root directory.

      You can go to hosting panel >> file manager >> in there, you can find the option to extract the zipped folder

      Extract it and then follow the process for joomla install and make sure to install sample content

      This rarely occurs in loss of files 8)

      1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
      2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
      3) Use in firebug

      Thanks for the quick response. One more question before I get started...

      Do I need to have Joomla! already installed or does following the steps above install it with the Rocket Launcher sample content all at once? Thanks again!!
