    • Hello. I was not sure where to post this. Joomla.org was not helpful and its been two days. I used the Vertigo template (joomla 1.5) and built a nice site. Then I was asked to embed a video onto one of the pages. I cant get this to work at all. The individual who gave the files sent me this message:
Just to be sure I posted it on my production company site to be absolutely sure it is working. Here is the link, it is working just fine from the exact same file I sent you.

      www.tvivideo.com/Videos/ionways/kaitest/discover01.htm

Although most programmers want to write their own html code, I've included ours that you could take a look at or cut and paste from. Your problem is most likely not having the proper code or... make sure you know that the two .swf files along with the htm code must all be in the same folder... that may another reason it is not working for you.

Check the time and date stamp on the file and you will see this indeed is the same one.

I tried attaching the files here, they were not allowed. I someone wanted to see the files, I can forward in an email. I really appreciate the help here in this forum.

    • I tried it with and without the editor. I think the problem is has to do with the code when not using the editor. I have two swf files and one html file in /images/stories/videos. Supposedly they are all needed to make this one video work. What code do you feel would work?

    • By the way, the reason I was given 3 files, 2 swf and 1 html is because they wanted to be universally update the video whenever necessary. The way I was able to get it to work was by placing all 3 files in one folder as instructed. However, I had to place the 2 swf files in the same folder as the index.php as well.
