Importing RSS News Feed

Hi Guys,
I am trying to import new feeds from my blog into Joomla.
I am running TERRAN theme. In the JOOMLA admin, I see components -> News Feeds.
Is this how its done? As I added my feed and nothing happens.
Whats the easiest way to do this?

i am not quite sure if i completly understand your question.
if you are trying to install a news feed onto your site that pulls feeds from outside joomla you may need to take a look at the official joomla extensions directory where you can find a suitable extension to achieve this. extensions.joomla.org/extensions/content-&-news
if you want to pull certain articles from your joomla blog on your terrantribune site to be displayed on the frontpage for example, that will be set up in a different way.
please be more specific, so we can explain better which will be the best solution for you.
