Transparency Issue with IE 6

I am having a transparency issue with IE 6 with regards to a png logo. I am getting the classic gray box around the logo. I installed the ultimate png fix which I believe should correct this issue. It does not seem to work.
Has anyone found a reliable fix to this problem?
I am using the firenzie template.

How come png fixes are not built into these templates. Alot of these templates look horrible with IE6. I personally don't use IE6 but many people do. I work for a large financial corporation. All of our laptops have IE6. My wife works for another large financial corporation. The machines at her company have IE6 also. I think it is poor to assume that everyone will have a current browser.
Just telling people to upgrade isn't an acceptable fix. Perhaps the template should check for the version of the browser and if IE6 is detected a scaled down version should be displayed.
Maybe someone could fix one of these templates as an example.
