Hello, I have installed in my website Synapse Template, in my computer its all right.. fast.
But today I tested this in a friend PC and it took more than 1 minute to load de front page.. I tested the adminstration and its very slow too.
Now I dont know if this a poblem with the pc and internet connection (but on other sites sems ok).
Please look at advocaciavalterc.web21.f3.k8.com.br/1/ all the tips to make it fast will be better.
Please say how the speed appears to you?

Guys Im getting to many error from validation w3c.. I think I have too many modules loading on the front page..Im going to do a fresh installation of rt_synapse just copying the css files that I need.. and making my contents again.. this is going to take a lot of work but I think is a good solution.
do you think this is a good solution to make my website faster and clean code?

Hi,
I checked your website and based on your address I looked up your ip-address (which is: 200.185.126.112)
On sites like:
www.domaintools.com/reverse-ip/
www.yougetsignal.com/tools/web-sites-on-web-server/
You can check how many websites are hosted on a server from 1 ip address. What becomes clear is that your website is slow, because you have many "neighbors". If 1 of your neighbors is asking a lot of resources from the webserver (which is basically a big PC also called server), you as the neighbor will suffer from that too.
Seems you are clearly on a shared webhost shared with/among at least 804 other websites running on that same ip-address.
If you want a faster loading website, you should look for another webhosting company.
Speed for me was a bit less than a minute today, but obviously your shared hosting package is the bottleneck. Nowadays webhosting comes cheap and we don't all have the money to run on dedicated servers, but cheap is often shared hosting. Again, try to find another webhost that doesn't work with 800 websites on 1 server. There are many around that do offer good services for a fair price. - Best regards,

In addition to a better host, If you already use firebug, you can also add YSlow. (
developer.yahoo.com/yslow/
)
That will tell you what your home page is loading (and it's loading LOTS)
Firebug itself will also help you find and fix your validation errors and warnings. - My Sites:
