I really don't like the new affiliate system as it has two major flaws - and if I am wrong about this, please let me know how to do it the right way.
1. Why is there no traffic log? There is virtually no accountability or way to track registered (!) incoming traffic. daily stats / sources are essentially the basics in an affiliate system.
2. While the ?xyz=aff# is convenient when linking to product page, there is no way to add it when linking to the demo page; which causes one of two things to happen - either affiliates will just not link to the demo page causing less traffic/inconvenience their readers or give up a non-tracking traffic link to RocketTheme.
I would really like to see a change to the above system or if someone knows of a work around, I would love to find out about it.

- I'll take these two suggestions under advisement when i update the affiliate system. I was a bit under the gun to get the current system out and launch it along side the new RTv2 site so I didn't get all the features I wanted in. BTW, the demo server was never integrated because it's on a different server from the main site. It was this way before too. Before you could only use your affiliate id on the homepage, now however you can use it on any 'joomla' page.
