Hi, my subscription ends today, March 24th.
I still have an hour and a half left on my subscription.
However, I have been blocked out of the download section.
Please advise. - Installed Mixxmag using Rocket Launcher, version 1.5.

It may depend on the time zone vs the server.
You should contact support.

I did send them a message via the CONTACT US tab, was that the correct way to go?
My time zone showed that I still had an hour and a half.

And...yet still waiting for a response from the support staff...
I have files that I need to download, not sure why they haven't responded.

Thanks again for responding.
According to my account information, my account was set to be done on the 24th.
That is the day that I sent the e-mail to support.
I posted in the forum the next day.
I am in the US time zone.
It's been a couple of days, just wish they'd respond accordingly.

Your joined date and expiration are controlled by 60 days from this date.
To keep everything consistent, the joined date and time are calculated by the server regardless of your time zone.
So, you account would expire 60 days after Jan 23 at 12:03 pm according to the server.
As I mentioned before, according to the time stamp on the server, your post was at around 62 days.
IMHO to wait 'till 90 minutes before you think your account expires to download the files you want is no good.
And, based on reviewing your posts and the support you've received, you should consider renewing your membership.
I.e., you can download whatever you want, but even if you do, according to the TOS, your support will be limited without a current subscription. - Thanks,
