RocketLabs Equinox Essentials VS Equinox Oct 2007

I feel stupid for even having to ask, but I want the RocketLabs Equinox Essentials template for Joomla 1.5 and all I can seem to find is the Equinox 2007 downloads. Can someone help me out here with a link or something?
When you go to the labs demo it says there is a 1.5 version, but you follow all the links and the 1.0 version seems to be all that is available for labs Essentials.

you can use the 1.0 template in joomla 1.5 with legacy mode enabled, i will also ask the team if there will be a 1.5 equinox template available anytime soon.

Thanks for the reply, however I am still a bit confused. If I have to run Joomla in Legacy mode that is not acceptable...and it is not native as advertised on the the demo site. Later in the discussion it appears they are saying to download the regular Equinox 1.5 native template but to swap out the provided CSS and replace with the Essentials (Labs) CSS. Where do I get the Essentials CSS...other than downloading from the demo site.
I may be a newbie to the club but is it asking too much to make this clear on the site for commercial templates? I was counting on having the Labs version.
