Delete and old site and add a new one?

Hi All
I have installed meridian via rocket launcher. I now want to totally remove it and install Versatility but i dont want to re-install Joomla. What is the correct procedure for doing this?
So far i have.
Deleted the meridian template via Filezilla.
Uploaded the Versitility template using the install plugin option.
The problem i have it that all the old modules, articles, menus there and versatility is trying to use them with little success. How do i strip out the old content and add the new content for the Versatility template?

- you might wanna get rig of the old content: modules, articles and so on if it is a new installation meaning if you do not need any of the info in it . Then you can start by creating whatever you need.

hi there,
if i understand you correctly you want to use versatility with the versatility demo data?
then you will have to remove the complete previous rocketlauncher install of meridian, and start all over with the versatility rocketlauncher install.
you cant get the demo data without the rocketlauncher and
you cant run the rocketlauncher on an existing joomla install.
