module usage in other template

Hi
i'm constructing a joomla template this time,as exercise to my university.
i would like to ask if it's allowed to use one or more modules from a rockettheme template.
Is there any way to do that ?
specifically i want to use the menu of hyperion template !!!!!!

The Copyright notice is displayed at the bottom of the homepage. May I suggest that if you have any questions regarding copyright or usage of code / materials that you write directly to Rocket Theme, explain clearly what it is that you want to do, what your intent is and ask permission.
Final decisions are the right of Rocket Theme. And they will be able to advise you on this.
