    "Add to Favorite" Module native Joomla 1.5 released

    • The Virtuemart Favorite Module has been released.

      The Module is NATIVE Joomla 1.5 and Virtuemart 1.1.3 , it's MULTILANGUAGE, based on a new SQL TABLE (all records are permanently stored on the DB and not on a cookie) and doesn't require any Virtuemart Core Modification.

      Here are the features:

      1) Native Joomla 1.5 and Virtuemart 1.1.3
      2) Multilanguage
      3) Dedicated DB Table for storing favorites
      4) Favorite Module (Multilanguage)
      5) Favorite Template Page
      6) Add and Remove Favorite features
      7) The module can be visible to registered and guest users, but you need to login in order to see your favorite list
      8) Higly Customizable (trhough the Control Panel, css classes, number of items to show)

      Here is the Demo Link:

      virtuemart.mobyjam.net

      To test it you need to login:

      Username or Email Address: demo
      Password: demo

      The Demo Site is based on the Mynxx Template (of course)

      The item can be bought through the Demo Site, using the "Buy Favorite Module" button in the header menu (paypal payment)

      Maybe rockettheme could be interested in implementing it in Mynxx template.

      It could become a really valuable skin, 'cause actually doesn't exist any module like this for Virtuemart.

      We are also adding the "Share you favorite list" in the next release as much as other features.

      Please let me know how much of the items below your Favorite module can do. Or where i can find somethig that does all...
      What I am looking for is:

      1. A Client visits my site
      2. Client creates a “project”
      3. Client selects favorites, adding them to project
      4. Client clicks a button to “submit” those favorites to me so I can prepare a quote.
