Major issue with 'Menu Assignment' list

Hey.
Pretty much a client was modifying some mondules to have different content show up on certain pages when he broke broke this...

There are a lot of pages on this website...But now all we can select is FAQ...But if we select the 'All' radio button it will go on every page (even though they don't show up as options) I used to assume it pulled the list from the pages listen in the main menu navigation but now I've no idea what has happened. Is there a way to get the whole list back ( this happens on every single module )

I would probably just rebuild it. Be careful about your "Home" menu link as it needs to be the Front page component and set to Default, but the rest, I would try deleting and re-entering, then seeing if they show up there.
If that doesn't work, you might want to use a backup copy of the database and just reload a previous, but not broken version of the site.
