page refreshing problem please help

- hi, i just noticed that when i make changes for example add articles or comments or modules and go to my page i dont see it. even when i push ctrl-F5. i have to go to a few different pages and then it shows up. i wonder if this has anything to do with versatility template that i'm using or something else. i was using the sporticus template before and dont remember having that problem. please help and thank you in advance!
