  • Time frame for renewing?

    • Hi Andy,

      as a longtime member I am close to the end of my actual subscription period. I understand that I will not be able to download the templates after the subscription has expired. Unfortunately there are reasons that may prevent a timely renewal.
      What if I renew my subscription not now but later e.g. in 2 months? Will I still be able to get the renewal rate or do I have to pay like a completely new member?

    • Well, AFAIK, if you don't renew before you expire, there's no discount, but I can't say for sure, I couldn't find any further information.

      I'm sure you'll have your answer soon enough.
