title tag not the first in templates hurts rankings and SEO

I have a couple of site optimizers telling me that the title tag isnt the first meta tag in the templates for your templates. I have had a look in akiraka to change this one but am unable. Can anyone see where I can move it into first place. And will you change this for all future templates if it is an important consideration for search engines.

Most site optimizers are outdated in what they use as a tactic and most others don't really understand how much a search engine does when it's gathering and indexing search data.
This is a great place to start working on that and then setting up a site map and registering it with google.

There's a lot of other stuff to set in place and use before you even need to think about meta tags.
