i am not sure what you are referring to? did you submit a post and it it got lost?
we never delete a post unless it is violating the forum rules or if the exact same post has been submitted twice by mistake. sometimes we move a new post to another board to keep things organized, maybe that's what happened here?
please let me know in which forum you have posted and what the title was.
I post a topic in the general forum and when I go on my account in "view your post" there are nothing...
My post dont respect the forum rules because I pose a question about a template... but I think is inadmissible if you have your acount expired you can make a question about a template...
it is clearly stated in the terms of service that full forum access is part of the membership, when the membership runs out, the forum access is limited.
still we are offering support in the general forum at times, when time allows us to do so.
That's exactly right. If you need template specific help, you need to pay for the membership to get access to the template specific forums. Think of it like your cars warranty...it expires too, and if you need more time on it, you need to pay for a new warranty.
If you post template specific questions here, they will be moved to the proper category.
Yes I know all of this but for me and I think I'm not alone in this case...
I buy a membership, I donwload a template and after 3 month I have a problem with this template, a ridiculous problem... and because my account is expired I cannot have help...
I dont think is "normal"... It's normal if my problem is difficult and demand some research or something like this but for a "stupid" problem, you can leave the post on the forum and maybe anothe user can resolve it no ?
Your post was not deleted, it is uncommon for a post to be deleted on this board. However, your post was moved to the Template section it related to. It is our general forum management policy to move template questions to their appropriate board to increase the effectively of the support.
Obviously, you have to be an active member to browse the template specific sections but we have no way of knowing that forum-side.
