    Javascript Module Help

Posted 16 years 6 days ago
    • I am building a site for a local public television station. The test site is blueridgepbs3.org . There is a module that PBS provides each local station called the What's on Now module. This is a javascript code given to each station. I can not seem to get it to work directly on the "top layer" of the site. I basically have to create an HTML page and build a custom module for it to show up.

      www.blueridgepbs3.org/whatson.html

What I want is to use this tool on the homepage so that when someone clicks on one of the items, the show information shows up on the homepage and not in the embedded module. Is there a way to get this to work on the homepage. Also this tool is dynamic and the height changes slightly throughout the day. A working example is wvpt.net/ . As you can see the module on the upper right works as it should. (This site is not a CMS site.)

      Any help would be appreciated.

    • There is a module called "any code" that you can plug any custom code into and it should work. Just do a search or look for joomla extensions. Maybe that will help you.

      Take care.
