formatting help

Hi, this may be cheeky, my club membership has expired but as I'm only working on one site for my own personal rambling I didn't really want to resubscribe to ask a question regarding formatting. As I do more sites using more templates I will obviously re-subscribe.
I have a dummy site set up here that was based on the modern business theme. What I was hoping someone could let me know is if there is a way to make the height of the main content frame fixed? I'd like to fix it at, say, 90% or something so that the breadcrumb trail and copyright notices show at all times. The user would just be presented with scroll bars if the content is too deep for the screen.
Any thoughts?
