SuperBlogger made my site stop working-nothing but white

Your recent use of Superblogger prompted me to want to use it in my site which is based on Akiraka template.
I purchased, downloaded and installed superblogger and now when I look at my site, I just see white. (kinda like microsoft blue screen of death).
From reading the joomlaworks forums, the problem appears to be with sh404SEF. If sh404SEF is disabled, superblogger and the site work fine, if it is enabled, then my site (and everyone else's) doesn't work at all.
I know this is a question for joomlaworks and i have asked them for a solution. With the popularity of sh404SEF and your inclusion of superblogger in your latest template, I imagine many of your joomla club members will want to try superblogger with their rocketTheme templates. I believe if they are also using sh404SEF, they will find their sites crashing.
So...I would like to know if you have any guidance on how to use superblogger and sh404SEF with your templates.

We don't use sh404SEF actually, RocketTheme uses only the built-in Joomla SEF capabilities. I'm afraid I've never even used sh404SEF, so i'm afraid I'm absolutely no help in regards to this question
Maybe someone else has experience?

Thanks for your reply. Joomlaworks is still working on an answer. I am new to Joomla and installed 404SEF because it seemed like a good thing to do. If you guys don't use it, then maybe I don't need it. I am under the impression that Joomla's built in SEF capabilities where limited.
Can you point me to where I might learn more about this.

sh404sef is only beta at the moment, it isn't stable. The SEF rewriting on Joomla works fine, its all about the structure and content that makes a site seo profile good or bad.
If you are interested in specifying keywords for articles and sections etc try SEF Patch.
There are also a couple of additions you can make to your htaccess file i have posted here www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=15&t=63805&rb_v=viewtopic
One thing I have learnt is to have two sites, one set up as a dev site so you can play about and try out extensions and see how they will work with your content, and the other your main site which you update after you have done testing on your dev installation.

Guys, thanks for your replies. As I (probably) said, I am new to Joomla, but experienced in web site design. I saw all those funny looking url's and sh404SEF was on the joomla.org editors choice list so I added it assuming it would fix those and I wouldn't have to figure out how to do it.
I have disabled it and will likely stick with built-in SEF functionality and I'll check out SEF patch.
This is my first joomla site and right now it is only on local machine. I am pretty close to getting it online then will take your advice. Hopefully moving from local to hosted isn't too hard :shock:

Not to get all mushy, but from my 2 week Joomla experience, you guys beat the crap out of everyone else out there in Joomla-land. Even though it's only been two weeks, I feel like I have been to every Joomla site. The other sites where I have spent my money have not had nearly the products, service and support that you have delivered.
Please feel free to pass this along to anyone internally that might want to hear that you are doing a good job.
