Is there a Rocket Theme that can do this...

  • Is there a Rocket Theme that can do this...

    • I have had a client request and I wonder whether there is a rocket theme that can easily replicate in a similar fashion the menu structure (vertical) and layout of this website?

      Thanks in advance

    • Besides not being a Joomla site, no RT doesn't have anything like that, nor have I seen a Joomla site set up that way.

Looks like something that will depend on your coding skills or outsourcing through The Market Place, JoomLancers, or Rent-a-Coder, etc...
    • Thanks,

that is actually a flash based website. but that menu can be done. i have seen an website / joomla one like this before. a while back. it was mootools based also. i believe you can have this done also, with good js/php/cs together it can be done

    • Joomla would be overkill for a site that simple. That's very basic html. If you are looking for CMS function, just find something simple where the clients can update certain areas in their browser.

      Cheers

    • You could also just pack 4 images together with no padding and then link each image to what it's proper menu link would be.

If you take this route, any template with a left column will work. Choose a simple one, without a top menu that's read in automatically, and the older templates have a "-flush" module class suffix that strips out all padding for the module.
