the last is how it should be for all links (at least prior to 1.0.12)
i think i read this as a new feature. having a different item id so you can have different formatting for different parts of the site. but i'm not sure.

I hope it's not a feature as it would be SEO suicide
Also it makes it a bit unusable for me as for my content articles I have different modules published to those that are in the categories and different again on my home page with 1.12 I'd be stuck with one layout site wide.
Can you give an example and could you please post over at Joomla Q&T boardI posted it in the Upgrading forum as I couldn't find any way to start a new topic in the Q&T board

yeah i dont think that this is a feature as i had the problem with some other release version

i dont think you need to worry as much as we had probably all feared about duplicate content with google ..
