  • PM Rokettheme system doubt

    • Hi,
      I have a doubt about PM Rokettheme system... I send a PM to RT member, the system displays the message was sent, but the message appears on outbox folder... not on sent messages folder.

      I think that is not working for me, please, can someone check it?

    • It will remain in the outbox until the moderator or member logs in.

      If they are not on line or have not been on line since you sent it, it will remain in your outbox until they do.

    • Basically, the message will move from the Outbox to the Sent folder when the member actually reads it.
