I want to have a section like

which i know is a frame at top..
now where i get lost is... how you guys are going to specific spots like::http://demo.rockettheme.com/?template=mynxx
where did you getfrom and how would i go about doing that...?template=mynxx
i see other can do this as well.... jump to certain spots in a iframe setup....
this appears to be a hard question to answer.. hopeful you guys don't mind shedding some light on this for me...
