Creating a roster page / players list

I am using the refraction template and have community builder installed for my football team website and want a a roster page / squad players page
I will have members of the public who are not players registering for the forum, so can not just use the entire registered user list as the Roster.
I can create fields at registration such as Position and jersey number and use a tick box to indicate the person is a player (I will also manually approve players as dont want Viagra adds appearing!), I would then like to be able to create a page that just displays all players along with thier name, position, number and photo.
Whats the best way to do this, is there a way?
