Thanks 2 all who help me!
First of all, if we are supposed to build on our local system BEFORE we launch to a production server, is Joomlas2Go a decent stand alone server?
If so,
What is the proper way of placing the RocketLauncher version of a site when I want the "Sample Data Installed" into a stand alone server?
(the server seems to have its own version of Joomla installed, and I want it to be ver. 1.5.11 and with the RT Launcher)
I am working with Mynx Apr 09 template
I did search for the forums for the answer to this question.
And if I was smart enough to build a stand alone server just for RT and give it to Andy, I would!

To duplicate the demo content you'll have to
A) Install the RL in a separate directory with a separate DB.
Delete the current install and the contents of the DB.

Standalone server, do you mean localhost?

When you're done, you can use JoomlaPack to move your site.

Hi JEM,
Stand Alone server, yes a localhost.
I want to develop the site on my windows machine then upload to url when its all finished.
Are you suggesting XAMMP as a local host instead of Joomlas2go?
I used to use the JSAS, but the old free version doesn't support j1.5.
If you think XAMMP is the way to go, i'll try it!
