How to change "Search..." text in Search module?

Hi!
Newbie here - Sorry!
I'm trying to find out where to change the default text in my Search box. In other words, my Search box says "Search..." and when I click into to actually search the site, it goes away. I'd like it to say "Search this site..." so that the user doesn't think that it is an Internet Search Engine! (Yes, that came up from one of my users! ARGGHHH!)
I'm using Akiraka Essentials and have looked in the CSS templates, HTML, Template manager, etc, but I'm obviously missing it!
Help!

Hello,
I think you are using the RokAjaxSearch. Find it in :
<joomla root>/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_rokajaxsearch.ini
change:
SEARCH = Search...
to
SEARCH = Your Word...
