Issue with the RocketLauncher in several downloads

Hi. I have had the problem others have experienced in trying to install a rocketlauncher version (of 3 distinct templates).
I use a local installation, using WAMP SERVER. It's not a port 80 issue. The install runs fine, the database is created, but a blank page ensues.
To test the problem, I downloaded and installed a fresh copy of Joomla 1.5.11. No problems
The issue is with the rocket launcher versions.
Any thoughts on this from the team?

- Did you try installing it though xampp?

Install through XAMPP? Why would I do that?
WAMP server works fine for me. I'm not keen on bailing out on WAMP to go to XAMPP just for a development problem related to RocketTheme Rocket Launcher downloads.
I think the better solution is to find out what is not working in RL installing on WAMP.
I'd be happy to try different things to find the solution, although as I said, a pure Joomla 1.5.11 install works fine, Id like to take advantage of the full RL installations because they make development much easier in the end.
