HTML being stripped out since Joomla Update 1.5.11

Hello,
I upgraded Joomla from 1.5.8 to 1.5.11 and now whenever I click on "edit code" on any of my articles the text will be there, but all of the html code is gone. I upgaded my JCE component to 157 and plugin to 154.
I've made sure that under parameters I've selected whitelist. And I have no editor selected under global configuration.
How can I change my settings so that my html code will "stick?"
