  • Can't Pull Up The Editor

    • Hi,

      When I go to work on a module or main menu page in the admin module, there is no upper area which allows me to edit, add links, insert images, etc.

      I went over to the global config, and checked the "Tiny MCE Editor" and it's on. I've changed it to no editor and back, but it just doesn't show up when I open the pages.

      Can I get some help with this?

      This has actually happened before, but I can't remember how it was remedied. It's a wierd glitch that happens sometimes. It's definitely a back-end problem, though, not a browser.
      I'm trying to look it up in my past questions. I'll let you know.

      I've it over and over, and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn the editor back on. I've switched the MCE back and forth, and it doesn't change a thing.

      Anyone with suggestions?

      thank you for your message and the admin details.

      i had a look around and changed the following to get the editor to load:
      > extensions > plugin manager > "editor - no editor" was enabled before and is disabled now.
