  • Automatic Recurring Subscription Component

    • I see a few subscription components out there, but I am having a hard time getting good documentation on their capabilities. I am looking for something that hooks up with paypal, offers automatic recurring billing (the user doesn't have to do anything, CC is just charged), and integrates nicely with Joomla. Some that I have looked at are:

      AMember (but this seems like it would be a different system that would have to be managed)
      Joomla Equipment makes one (just not sure if this offers what I need)
      JoomSuite (There site currently says it has been hacked... how legit is this company?)

      Does anyone have any experience here and can give me some advice on a good product to use?

    • Thanks for the links. After checking them out, here are some issues with them;

      1. The first one is not native 1.5
      2. The second one does not support automated recurring charges to the credit card.

      So far, I think amember is going to be my best choice, but will also require the most amount of work most likely.
