Chromatophore search module not working

Hi!
I can't get any hits on my search module...and I've even tried to install another module.
I've typed in words I know are in there, but nothing comes back.
Whatever I type in and hit go, nothing stays in the "Search Keyword" text box either after hitting the first "Go" from the home page to start a search.
I have other sites hosted on GoDaddy, and they are coming back just fine...and with SEF.
The site URL is:
www.triatomics.org
Any ideas?

Check your settings in Extensions > Plugins
Set all you want to be searched to enabled.

In plugins check settings for all content, sections, categories, weblinks...
Example: Search Content: set articles to yes
Check Plugin file: content.php

When you say that "I've even tried to install another module." what do you mean? Are you using a 3rd party search or the core Joomla! search component?

- Maybe you have a js conflict here? Try uninstalling one 3rd party search at a time. Clear your cache, use tools > check-in, disable the core joomla search module, shut down Joomla! Open again, enable search, try preview.

I tried the YooSearch even after testing the core Joomla search module...same results.
I've made sure nothing is checked in, deleted the YooSearch module, un-published the core search module, got out of the administrator panel/site.
Went back in, re-published the Joomla core search module, and still same...no results.
The word I even try to use doesn't show on the results page that comes back in the top text box or in the section below where you can check all or several boxes to specify the areas.
Still no results...I am on 1.5.12 too.
