    • Hi!

      I am using Affinity for my current project and I need to know 3 specific things before I purchase phpbb3 affinity skin.

      1) Does phpbb3 and jomsocal sync avatars and profiles/signatures using rokbridge or does the user has to create them separately?

      2) Does phpbb3 runs as a wrapper inside the affinity theme or does it run separately? If it runs separately then how is joomla main menu integrated with phpbb3? I tried to access a link to find this out but I was not given access.

      3) Which has better integration : jomsocial + kunena 1.5 or jomsocial + phpbb3?

      1) No,you have to install an integrator for avatar syncing (it is a code hack for phpBB3,you can find it in this forum).
      2) It runs as a separated software with the same theme of joomla. For a copy Joomla menu on phpBB there's RokMenuNav,a Joomla plugin.
      3)Kunena is a board that works only with Joomla, it is native for it. PhpBB requires a bridge for users syncing with Joomla, but it is much more reliable and advanced. I think PhpBB's better than kunena.
