Hyperion Logo Resize Problem

In template_css.css, I've changed the logo width to 250px
I've uploaded the logo to the server with the correct size.
But the logo still gets cutoff in terms of width.
Why isn't this working? Is there something I'm missing?

fixed it by changing to splitmenu. It was a javascript conflict
