    Basic question about phpBB3 and Joomla templates

    • Hi,

      just a very basic question: I'm currently running a Joomla site (with Rockettheme HiveMind template of course :D ) and a phpBB3 forum.

      When installing the appropriate phpBB3 HiveMind template on my forum, would it be possible that all menus item of the Joomla site can be enabled or could be easily integrated into the forum template?

      I don't want any synchronization of the user logins between the forum and the Joomla database, btw, just the menu items to be visible and usable on both installations.

      I guess this plugin is available from the Joomla!Club template download section, right? Is there any description of this plugin available?

      I'm asking because currently my subscription expired and I want to get sure that this plugin does exactly what I need before I renew my subscription again.

      Answering myself :D I've searched the internet and found a description of this plugin. However it does not tell me either if I would see my Joomla menu items inside a phpBB3 forum menu (running one of the Rockettheme phpBB3 club templates).

    • You'll see the joomla menu in your phpbb3 template, you can further adjust your joomla menu to show links to the forum on both sides, phpbb3 and joomla.
