Come on RT Guys!
How about a little support!
I spent $200 on joining the PhpBB3 club and have had nothing but trouble getting things up and running! Ok so it takes a little bit of effort ot get things set up properly but I would really appreciate some help with this!
I have posted a few suport queries and not really had much help. Here is one for example

- Please realize while RT does have support staff in many time zones some of us are not experts in all parts of the RT product line and do support duties on a part time basis.

I do appreciate that Joe but I do expect 'some' kind of response when I ask questions after spending $200 on a product.
I realise you responded to me in my other post but unfortunately what you suggested didn't rectify the issue.
Nobody else had any input whatsoever.
As I have said before RT have been very support with the jommla template club in the past but the phpbb3 club seems a little less supported and more of an afterthought.

- We have discovered a underlying issue when running some of the RT products on a IIS based server setup. A ticket has been opened to address the issue.
