  • Made the switch to 1.5 - Has Versatility been Upgraded?

    • Hi, I finally bit the bullet and made the switch to Joola 1.5(12). I've moved my Versatility template files across to the new version; I wanted to keep the same look, but have the improvements of J1.5. I've been looking through the forum and I see there's a v.1.5 version of Versatility. Would switching to this be a good idea, or is it just an improvement in the installation method? Has the functionability of the template itself been improved to take advantage of the newer joomla features?

      My membership has lapsed but as I'm not one for template switchers or swapping out the look of my site every month, then I'm not sure if a new membership would be beneficial. If it works, don't fix it is my approach. But if there is a new version of Versatility ( I still consider the clean, uncluttered look of this template an all-time classic) then it would definitely be worth my while dipping into the websites' donation pot to renew for another year.

      So, in short, is the J1.5 version of Versatility going to make my life any easier?
