Joomla! 1.5.13 - any problems if i upgrade?

Hi,
I see that Joomla! has released a new version - basicly a securety release. But i see this notice:
Am is just to upgrade and feel happy - or should i wait a couple of days in order to see if any big errors with compatible templates appear in the forums here?
