  Someone can tell me how to send an installation of joomla to another directory?
  
  Is just move the files?

- Use JoomlPack to backup the site and then reinstall it where you want it.

- Yes, but you will have to reconfigure some files, if you want to do it that way, you should search or post on joomla.org, as this relates to joomla, not the template itself.
  
  I always use JoomlaPack, because it handles everything automatically.

  I moved my site to the root level and altered the configuration.php per Joomla.org directions. That is pretty straight forward. Now I get the following message:
  
  Fatal error: Call to a member function isEnabled() on a non-object in /home4/empowet9/public_html/components/com_gantry/core/gantry.class.php on line 259
  
  Is it an easy fix to the gantry.class.php file?
