My website

is getting error at
validator.w3.org
the error is:
Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 1017 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.
The error was: utf8 "\xB0" does not map to Unicode
Please can you help me? -

I don't think this is an issue with the template itself, but with a modification you made to it.
I did not know that you could change the name of the template in the source code without breaking the site, how did you do that? Are we allowed to do that?

I had to do that for create multiple similar templates
but i think this is not the reason
